Individuals
European Quarter Comedy Tour is operated on a tips-only basis, and there is no upfront cost to access the tour. Whilst it is not necessary for individual travelers to pre-book their place, we strongly advise doing so, as the capacity of the tour is limited to ensure the quality of the experience. If the capacity is not reached, individuals presenting themselves at the start point with no reservation will be allocated places on a first-come-first-served basis, with no extra charge.

We kindly request you arrive at the venue 5 minutes before the start of the tour at the latest, after which point we reserve the right to allocate your place to somebody else. This is in the interests of fairness to all those wishing to participate in the tour, as well as to ensure a punctual start. Groups (eight or more persons travelling together)
Free tours are intended for the enjoyment of small groups (defined here as seven or less people) and individual travelers. Groups of eight or more persons should book a private tour). Should your group decide to turn up at our meeting point without having booked a private tour, then acceptance of your booking is entirely at the discretion of the tour leader. We recommend that you contact us to schedule a private tour if your group is comprised of 8 or more people.

Cancellations
If your reservation is for a group of 7 people or less, you can cancel your booking through the correct channels provided in the confirmation email or by contacting us via WhatsApp of email. You can also speak directly with our representative at the meeting point.
