Brussels' first EU-themed free walking tour

Who said European politics is boring?

A lot of people, often.

But it doesn't have to.

Under layers of concrete and obscure technocratic jargon, the European Quarter of Brussels contains a fascinating world of political intrigue, a city within a city where civil servants toil away, lobbyists schmooze, and journalists dig for scoops.

Hi! My name is Dani Mora, and I created this European Quarter comedy tour as a way to blend two of my passions: making jokes and talking history and politics.

I moved to Brussels to work as a lobbyst, gallantly fighting for the rights of humble big corporations. After my 30th birthday, I left that job to pursue my passion: being a full-time comedian.

I currently write and perform for The Schuman Show, Brussels’ most famous political comedy show, where we use stand-up comedy, sketch and improvisation to make fun of European politics and life in the EU Bubble. As a stand-up comedian, I regularly perform in clubs in Brussels and all over Europe.

I am not new to tour guiding either. I worked as a free walking tour guide for over two years in the beautiful city of Madrid, while graduating in International Relations and History.

This tour was born of my conviction that there’s much more than meets the eye in the European Quarter, and that learning about the inner workings European Union can be fun if done right.

Join me and see it for yourself!
